Bombardment 0 pop

Not sure you saw my chat message (it was the wrong place anyway, so understood if you did lol)

If you bombard a planet with pop 0, you get 0 pp. since the population functions as a multiplier for the buildings, if it's 0, it negates any benefit of bombardment following a pop kill. I think the code should be

If Pop=0, buildings *100,
Else, building * 100 * population

This way you get PP for doing any bombardment.
