New Bio is awful,worst than in the old aw

Kind of bad combo

Bio has been reduced a lot, and there is already almost no players around, my sys is empty, the neighbors same.

In old aw for two systems (24 planets) we had from 4 to 8 players for the 3 first planets.
Here with two sys we have 20 planets for two players.
+ empty systems.

Imo, we need more interactions between more players.

I'ld then reduce the planets available by players but let bio raise faster, maybe not as fast than before but the actual is leading to astrofarm and i think also to a big disadvantage for small alliances or players with malus in sci.
