game time for dominion  level one i think you should make it half for the 1rst dominion level due to slow growth and people will tend to get bored early on then add 5 mins for every dominion level

Dlvl increases with attacks too. You can attack nearby planets to raise it. <br /><br />Also when you&#039;ve established more planets and have more armed forces you will be acting faster, it&#039;s only the start that&#039;s slow. Trust me.
