As much evidence as I have seen, bannings and resets should not be done in this manner, ever. It is not a popularity contest or a lynch mob.

The proper way to investigate is to examine the logs. Three things:

1. Attack logs and naq movement
2. Infiltration logs and naq movement
3. IP logs

Based on a proper investigation of these, a clear conclusion can be reached. Any such investigation could be completed in as little as 15 minutes but no more than an hour.

I have not seen any evidence just things people have said. I have to agree with Excellion and when Shadowing finally comes back he should investigate. Shadowing can then decide the punishment.

I agree. Shadowing would have to look at his account to see what exactly he's done. I've seen evidence he is in fact cheating, but it's inconclusive without seeing his account.

An onac conqueror defending with 3 flagships does raise some suspicion though, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Not to mention he keeps his fleet in limbo (salvage container) when he sleeps

Keeping your fleet in the salvage container is not cheating. There is no reason you shouldn't do that if the option is available.

I think shadowing should decide but I do not see any problem with people reporting this activity and having 3 flagships is really suspicous to me
