As a expert on...well...just about everything, I would submit that this is the language of the Ancients, otherwise known as 'Alterans'. The translation would be based on today's modern, Latin-based languages. Of course Latin was based on Alteran, so Ancient words still come up on the translation, or something.

First alteran is a ancient language... the oldest perhaps(even if it is a tv show...) so they would use ancient Sumerian or enochian instead of latin. Latin is a beautiful language but, it is by no means the oldest. Any peoples that have ascended would speak a godly language. Not a fancy one.

So, basically it says; nobody hurts me without counterattack or retaliation.

Nemo me sine impune nocet = nobody hurts me without impunity.
Translation I am a floor-mat, walk on me. I am a loser. I won't hurt you if you hurt me.
My point is, demo. If you are going to misuse my favorite language then I will keep correcting you. Change it to the correct wording. First or second. Because until you do you don't sound cool, or edgy. You sound like some imbecile who googled some latin thinking it would make them sound cool. Fix it and I'll stop.
