SOOOOOoooooo this needs to happen.
I realize it could be broken by assholes who choose to abuse things like this.
(THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS!!!)
But seriously a bounty board.
One for resetting someone. (good luck on chulak.)
One for killing their flagship. (BOOM SHAKALAKA!)
Players give naq to open bouny hunters to kill their hated enemies.
Players should have to pay before hand and it just kinda stays there until the bounty is taken down(by the person who put it up or the person who put it up is reset) or collected.

I pay 90k naq to have players hunt and kill his flagship.
The money is subtracted from me
two weeks later someone kills his flagship.
They get my bounty.
It's not perfect but let's hear some ideas to implement this.
in a way that is non-breakable or hard to break.
Possible rules:
You cannot put bounties on yourself, or allies.
Once a bounty has been made you cannot put up another until that one is collected?
You can only have your status level in bounties.
Derison 1
dreadful 2
goauld 3
ect....
A cool down time for bounties.

Do you know how much naq it would cost to take down someones fleet, including their flagship? much more than 90k naq. That is the only flaw, you don't actually get a reward just money to help rebuild

True but it was only an example.
People could put up what ever they wanted.
200k to take down a fs or 500k to reset someone.
