Renaming Alliance-Setting Feature

I just think it should be a feature under the Alliance settings tab to be able to modify the name without having to leave the alliance to and make a new 1 for a name change; shouldn't it be a simple change since we can already rename planets.

Or just enable the feature for the situations where either the leader of the alliance either leaves or is killed/reset that the next in line has the ability to modify the name as another way to demonstrate a change in management for the alliance.

Thoughts/Concerns?

Yeah, this seems like a pretty good idea, unless there was some particular reason Shadowing wanted it that way.
